Clients desiring our services need to understand we are aggressive attorneys who are used to gong to the courthouse.  Often men and women want an attorney to "just put the paperwork together" or want inexpensive services saying "it should be easy."  I do not process divorces or handle uncontested divorces.  My practice is all litigation and I will handle difficult or complex family matters in Austin and Beaumont where much is at stake such as property, retirement accounts, protecting inherited property and other financial assets.  All family matters are important, however since this is a small part of my practice, my office is not structured to handle many family matters that are more paperwork or administrative.
